This thick lustrous rug is bursting with energy, probably from all the hours spent on the loom with the beautiful Tigris river delta in the distance.
It almost glows, and the color play is complex and interesting, it has the charm of a great piece.
This was made in Kurdistan and has the feel of the mountains and the life that you find there.
