Kurdish knot pile, wool on wool, 50-60 years old, 3x7 feet.
This is a pretty little wool gem from the Zagros Mountains. It looks great for its age, with only slight signs of use, but otherwise a great little find. Imagine this one in front of a fireplace or covered outdoor seating area. It would look phenomenal on dark hardwood or polished cement.
*Frayed edges – top left.
*Note: A knot-pile is a three-dimensional textile with up-down, left to right, and perpendicular knots that give it a typical wall-to-wall carpet appearance.
All sizes are approximate, specific measurements available upon request. Condition for all units is included to the best of our knowledge.
